Jamie Fletcher

Career Background
Following his graduation from Sheffield Hallam University in Business & Property Management Jamie moved to London in 2012 to pursue his passion for Property Management.
Jamie has worked for both boutique agencies operating in Prime Central London and national firms specialising in large and complex schemes. As a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor and a Member of TPI with over a decade of experience working on some of London’s most exclusive address’ and properties of historic interest, Jamie’s knowledge, ethics and passion for property management are second to none.
Jamie drew from his extensive experience and founded Olympus Management in 2022 to offer transparent, honest and professional support within the London leaseholder sector. Jamie strives to anticipate problems and resolve complex issues and his ability to direct clients to cost effective and time efficient solutions are some of his core strengths along with mentoring his colleagues.
Jamie won London Property Manager of the Year 2023 at the News On The Block Property Awards.
Hobbies & Skills
Jamie is a proud father to Harry and George, an avid cook and loves to host barbecues for family and friends.
When not talking about property management or walking the family dog, Toby, Jamie enjoys skiing, sailing and golfing. Jamie can often be found enjoying a social day out at Wimbledon and The Oval.

Ella Fletcher

Career Background
Ella studied Anthropology at Durham University, with a year abroad in Malta as part of the Erasmus Scheme before moving to London in 2017 to pursue a career in Property. She began her career in Mayfair working for a boutique firm managing Prime stock across Mayfair and Marylebone. When the opportunity arose to open a new office in London Bridge, Ella rose to the challenge taking on more large and complex stock and working on multi-schedule, mixed-use schemes with commercial freeholders and developers.
Ella took a short break from her career to start a family before joining Olympus Management in 2023 as a Director. Her organisational skills and methodical approach to problem solving make her a key asset to the team, and her personable approach to property management ensures that our clients receive the 5* Olympus Experience.
Hobbies & Skills
Ella is a lover of literature and creative writing, though is finding less time for either now that she has two very active sons to keep busy! She also loves playing the piano, skiing in the winter, and travelling to new places to experience their culture, but more importantly their cuisine!

Natalie Warren
Property Manager

Career Background
Natalie started her career in Property Management at Hamways after completing her education at West Kent College. She later moved on to work with Berkeley Homes in Property Development. Throughout her time working there and eventually at Lodha, she developed her skills in new builds and property management, working personally with clients to ensure their needs and expectations were always met.
Thanks to her contributions and expertise in notable projects at Battersea Power Station, she has become a seasoned professional and is bringing a wealth of experience to our company. Natalie delivers excellent customer service, committing to building relationships with her clients and focusing on customer satisfaction.
Hobbies & Skills
Outside of her working life, Natalie is a dedicated mother to her two young children (and cats!) and enjoys spending quality time with her family.
She likes to keep busy in her downtime by taking an interest in arts and crafts, honing her passion for painting, and taking horse rides through the countryside when she possibly can.
Elizabeth (Ela) Turansky

Career Background
With nearly a decade of experience in the property management industry, she prides her self in bringing a wealth of experience and a proactive approach to managing residential and commercial properties. Starting as a property administrator at HML Group she worked her way up completing industry qualifications and becoming a property manager. She enjoys the diverse challenges this job presents, making each day unique and exciting. The varying positions across her career has built a foundation of strong organisational skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of property management best practices.
Hobbies & Skills
In her free time Elizabeth enjoys reading and the outdoors, particularly combining both. She is an avid camping enthusiast and enjoys challenging her self on long hikes. Her most recent challenge was completing the Jersey Island Challenge walking the circumference of the island, 48 miles in total.
Her love of adventure extends to travelling to soak up different cultures and immerse herself in local history. Originally from Poland she also loves sharing her culture with others.

Jay Hide

Career Background
Jay has worked in Property Management, specifically residential blocks, for over four years. The properties Jay has overseen have varied from small conversions to high rise purpose built residential buildings and everything in between.
Over this time, Jay has built healthy relationships with clients on a solid base of transparency and productivity of which he wishes to further enhance in an ever changing landscape of residential block management. He strives to be as informative as possible with all parties who have an interest in a residential building, whether that be onsite staff, residents, or third party contractors.
Hobbies & Skills
Most of Jay’s free time is spent with his wife and young son. He often finds himself playing with his son or taking walks with the family in the South Downs countryside.
Outside of entertaining the family, Jay is a keen sports enthusiast, particularly football and cricket. He plays for his local football team and is even considering picking up a bat and pads again to re-enter the cricket pavilion, something he has not done since his teenage years.
Isabel McCormick

Jason Adlington

Career Background
Jason is an experienced Property Manager with a strong background in both residential and block estate management. After relocating from the Philippines to the UK in 2014, he transitioned into the property sector following a successful stints in sales and hospitality. With a foundation in Hospitality Management, Jason brings exceptional customer service and communication skills into every aspect of his role.
Over the years, he has worked with several reputable property management companies, gaining hands-on experience in managing diverse portfolios and resolving complex tenant and building issues efficiently. His strengths lie in proactive communication, client relationship management, and delivering a high standard of service to residents and stakeholders alike.

Outside of work, Jason is a passionate basketball fan and a loyal Boston Celtics supporter. He enjoys exploring the UK, discovering new cultures and cuisines — with roast leg of lamb and mint sauce topping his list of favourites.
Liam Gilliland
Assistant Property Manager

Career Background
Liam graduated from University in Cambridge in 2019 and then worked for the student accommodation company where he lived during his time at University, helping new students to rent their accommodation and to acclimatise and adjust to student life away from home. Following this he joined a company who sold exhibition space at the ExCel London providing corporate clients with the advice and guidance they required to ensure their exhibition was successful, from planning through to delivery. In 2023, Liam moved into property management, providing support and assistance to commercial and residential properties across Cambridgeshire and Suffolk.
Hobbies & Skills
In his spare time Liam likes to keep fit by working out at his local gym. He is also a keen runner and has completed 10 half and full marathons and 2 Tough Mudder challenges, raising thousands of pounds for charities close to his heart. Being born and raised in London’s east end, Liam also has a passion for West Ham United FC and travelled to all games, home and away, until relocating from London to Cambridge. Liam has now begun supporting his local team, Cambridge United, as well.

Luca is a dynamic professional who relocated from Italy to London to pursue a master's degree in Hospitality and Hotel Management. With over a decade of experience in the events management industry, Luca decided to pivot his career towards property management. His exceptional organizational skills, positive and friendly attitude, and a deep commitment to customer care quickly earned him a role with the prestigious Battersea Power Station. There, he not only honed his expertise but also expanded his knowledge in this new and exciting field.
Luca is driven by a commitment to service that goes “above and beyond,” a philosophy that fills him with pride and purpose in his work.

A passionate food enthusiast, Luca loves to cook and experiment with new recipes. He frequently organizes cooking events where he teaches participants how to make fresh handmade pasta and other traditional Italian dishes. Luca's love for food is matched by his passion for travel. Having visited over 20 countries and learned to speak four different languages, he firmly believes that travel is a source of positive energy and self-discovery. Through exploring different cultures, Luca gains new perspectives, allowing him to continuously grow into a healthier, wiser, and happier version of himself.
