Independent: Olympus Management are not affiliated with any of the suppliers or contractors we work with. The suppliers to our clients and customers are a key component to our operations therefore, ensuring that works are controlled, completed within budget and on time is paramount.
Transparent: We manage all contractors and suppliers through our portal which gives them the ability to upload reports, photographs and invoices which allows us to track all tasks from request to payment.
Vetting: Our panel of contractors are inducted through our robust Contractor Accreditation process. This ensures that they have the relevant skills, trade body qualifications, risk assessments and insurances giving all of our client’s peace of mind that maintenance and service contractors are procured with value for money without compromising on quality or safety.
Tendering: All of our Planned Preventative Maintenance contracts are tendered on an annual basis this allows us to safe guard costs without compromising on quality thus achieving value for money.
